Minimize overall disbursement TAT by ensuring deviations escalated to self/ higher authority are addressed within timeline

Personally visit the default and delinquent customers to bring back normal repayment and analyze the reason for the same and corrective action or policy changes to be suggested.
Ensuring good audit Score in the branch . Work with Audit for identification of deviations in the field and to take necessary actions
Escalate violations/non-adherence of policies/processes as per Penalty Matrix
Completion of Bi- Annual Certification Test and Training in the cluster
Holding one to one with all reporting staff
Managing the underwriting of all cases in location within stipulated time as prescribed.
Taking constant feedback from the team to clear any bottle necks / solve any issues & ensure least attrition in the location.
