In addition to my role as Lead TA, I have also been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the campus recruitment strategy at U GRO Capital. With a hands-on approach, I have successfully managed all aspects of Early Careers hiring, specifically focusing on campus recruitment.

Over the course of my tenure, I have personally hired over 150 trainees from Tier 1 institutes, demonstrating my ability to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of future professionals. I have also executed successful b-school hiring initiatives, further augmenting the company's talent pool.

• I have played a pivotal role in driving company's recruitment strategy and achieving key hiring objectives. Starting as Talent Acquisition Specialist, quickly advanced to position of Lead TA, where took on responsibility of overseeing PAN India hiring efforts and building robust recruitment strategy.
• In this role, I successfully managed team of seven Regional HR professionals, guiding them in executing end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I spearheaded numerous successful initiatives, including leadership hiring that led to successful closure of Deputy CFO position. Additionally, I effectively handled bulk hiring for retail sales and support functions, delivering timely and quality hires.

I progressed from the role of Consultant to Senior Consultant, overseeing both permanent and contractual staffing for technology and non-tech positions. Leading a team of four recruiters, I successfully sourced high-quality candidates and efficiently managed multiple staffing requirements. Notably, I implemented cost-saving measures that resulted in savings of 20 lacs. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, I built strong client relationships and delivered tailored staffing solutions.

Throughout my work experience, I have successfully managed permanent and contractual staffing for a diverse range of technology and non-tech roles. Working with esteemed clients such as Microsoft, Robert Bosch, and First American, I have developed a strong understanding of their unique hiring needs and consistently delivered effective staffing solutions.
