I progressed from the role of Consultant to Senior Consultant, overseeing both permanent and contractual staffing for technology and non-tech positions. Leading a team of four recruiters, I successfully sourced high-quality candidates and efficiently managed multiple staffing requirements. Notably, I implemented cost-saving measures that resulted in savings of 20 lacs.
