6. Programming with S7-400 for mill stands operations and rolling
7. Siemens G120, S120 and ABB ACS800 multi drives commissioning.
8.Support for development of SCADA pages for Mill using WinCC and
also modification of program for stabilisation of processes and to
avoid delays of production.
9. Erection and commissioning of the WATER TREATMENT PLANT
supplied by Sideraulic, Italy for BAR mill. Activities included
commissioning of 6.6Kv switchgears, HT motors, LT switchgears &
motors and all associated instrumentation's.

This project was about installing magnets on crane, to have tangible gain on cost and manpower and by discontinuing outsourced scrap removing services.
