Overview:

• Established developing models or flow charts for forecasting and business planning in new projects such as PeopleSoft implementation, transition projects or workflow projects
• Review & publish dashboards on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and thus sharing daily matrixes with offshore and onshore key management
• Provide inputs to each team member for building success roadmap within or outside process on basis of SMART goal

Milestones:

• GSM T&M Study resulted in 13 FTE's reduction in agreement with process owners
• Stabilized Poland accounting process within 2 months.
• 85% reduction in outstanding liability of Aon Hewitt for UK from £2.27M in Jan'12 to £0.35M in Dec'12
• 83% reduction in outstanding bills with in span of 12 months
• Average supplier payment time reduced to 29 days from 50 days which was in beginning of project. Standard payment term is 30 days
• 99% reduction in Non-complaint payments
• Awarded with Leadership Award for contribution to organization & excellence in leadership in FY 15-16, Average performance rating of 4 out of 5 in 6 years with Aon Hewitt
