- I am the Product Manager for Jhatpat Loans application which is used by our sales team, as an assisted DIY model, providing real time Sanction letters. This product is one of the first in its kind and is responsible for 100% home loan logins and 70% of entire IIFL Home Finance portfolio monthly logins. With the help of logins done in Jhatpat app, organization achieved 5000 crores of disbursal in one year, a milestone for IIFL Home Loans.
- Designed a new version of Jhatpat app with completely new UI, enhanced customer experience and shorter user journey. Enabled on-boarding of informal income customer segment in this application by capturing relevant information, integrating expense estimation model, and implementing BRMs used for real time and accurate credit decisioning.
- Managing end-to-end lifecycle of Loan Origination System, BRM and Credit Decisioning.
- Analyzing current business processes to create applications which are both automated and intelligent.
- Leading the project for sales mobile application, with end to end responsibility of procurement of hardware, partnerships, application development and enhancement to launch plans PAN India.
- Prioritized roadmap in order to achieve product goals and metrics.
