- Co-founded a full stack hospitality company focused on managing and marketing Luxury Villas and Homestays across 4 cities in India
- Over the years, I have assumed cross functional roles in the organization right from spearheading our entire Finance department to handling sales for the Goa geography as well as building symbiotic relationships with our channel partners and asset owners
- In a span of 6 years, I successfully managed our company finances to bootstrap and expand our brand across 4 cities, growing from 1 vacation home in 2019 to more than 25 vacation homes across Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur & Daman, generating ARR in excess of INR 5 Cr, positive cash flow of INR 75 lakhs, while managing Real Estate Assets worth more than INR 75 Cr, remaining profitable every year, even during the Covid downturn
- Responsible for key stakeholder management with channel partners such as MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, Agoda & Booking.com. As part of the same, I managed to secure key marketing partnerships with Makemytrip & Agoda that helped us reduce marketing costs and secure better business conversions over our competitors
- Onboarded key franchise investors who partnered in our business growth with non dilutive funding and helped us achieve 40% growth in revenue Y-o-Y over the past 3 years, gave successful exits to 3 out of 4 investors and 1 investor continues to be our partner
- Responsible for effective monitoring of regulatory & statutory compliances in line with Companies Act 2013 and Registrar of Companies (ROC), that includes but not limited to filing of Financial Statements, completion of external audits, Internal Audits & tax compliances.
- Spearheaded the Cash Flow Management of the company to ensure healthy liquidity at all times as well as on time payments to all stakeholders, thereby ensuring low to zero liabilities/contingent liabilities across the Financial Year
- During my tenure at Le Pension Stays, the company has been felicitated with numerous accolades by various Online Travel Agencies including Booking.com, Makemytrip & Agoda. We were amongst the first hospitality ventures in India to be successfully registered with DPIIT as a "Startup". Subsequently, this allowed us to raise a government approved grant to enhance our technology infrastructure.
