• Underwriting of Credit Proposals of Large Corporate Credit Segment (Rs. 150.00 Crores and above) and Critical analysis of financial statements by studying key financial ratios of the corporate for assessing the need based credit facilities.
• Presently handling the Credit Portfolio of borrower accounts with combined credit exposure of more than Rs 5000 Crores.
• Evaluate large scale credit proposals by assessing project reports for various fund and non-fund based facilities using lending methodologies such as cash deficit budget, Maximum Permissible Bank Finance (MPBF) and DSCR. Ensuring compliance of applicable Credit policies and other guidelines of the Bank.
• Maintain liaison with the internal management and top executives to determine the credit line amounts by providing analysis, updates, conclusions and recommendations.
• Proactively identify the problem areas to minimize the risks involved by effective assessment, reporting and finding solution and ensure to reduce exposure to potential bad debts.

• Credit Appraisal of the Corporate Credit Proposals having ticket size Rs. 250.00 Crores and above.
• Managing the Combined Credit Portfolio of around Rs. 3000.00 Crore.
• Monitoring of Corporate Borrowers and ensuring compliances in the accounts.
• Maintaining Relationship with existing large Corporate Clients of CFS branch.
• Coordination with Operations Team for fulfilling the on boarding and other operational requirements of the Corporate Borrowers and work for canvassing New to Bank Corporate Borrowers.
• Cross Selling of Ancillary Business to Existing as well as New Corporate Customers.

• Credit underwriting, and process completion and taking deals to closure. Involved in Project funding, Greenfield projects and Working Capital Funding including FB and NFB exposure using Financial modelling, Ratio analysis, DSCR and MPBF analysis.
• Portfolio Management and ensuring regular portfolio review. Follow up on irregularities in portfolio and checking with related stakeholders for correction.
• Coordination with internal & external stakeholders and ensuring regulatory & statutory compliances.

• Credit Appraisal, Financial and Ratio Analysis, MPBF, Documentation and having a track on pending Compliances. Monitoring the performance of the portfolio and taking necessary corrective action on EWS alerts in the account. Servicing Assets clients and managing healthy relationship with them.
• Performing all credit related function as per client requirement in liaising with operations.

• Managed branch operations for Ulhasnagar branch with business mix exceeding INR 500 Crores.
• Oversaw credit department at Meerut with a portfolio surpassing INR 2000 Crores.
• Led credit departments for Mid Corporate branches at Muzaffarnagar and Meerut for eight years, managing portfolios over INR 400 Crores each.
• Directed a team of 10 to achieve branch targets, enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Sanctioned loans and ensured compliance for disbursement, fostering new credit and deposit growth.
• Executed recovery strategies for SMA and NPA accounts, including legal actions as necessary.
• Conducted quarterly and annual performance assessments for business units to track growth metrics.
• Coordinated audits and liaised with auditors to ensure timely completion of closing activities.
