• Litigation Management Timely filing of legal cases as per policy.

• Ensuring allocated cases are properly represented and leading the matters appropriately.

• Drafted petitions of Negotiable instruments act and consumer act
• Developed understanding in international agreements, research various aspects of consumer and contract act & Drafted notice of 138 and various other notices
• Drafted notice for various different companies on various legal matter i.e Negotiable instruments act ,consumer forums and attended various proceeding before honorable court
