  • Coordinate with accounts team regarding TDS.
  • Prepare Bank file (if required), NEFT letter & sent it to bank for salary processing.
  • Prepare salary slips.
  • Resolve all queries.
  • Important Letters: Responsible for prepare all types of letters like offer letter, Appointment letter, Increment letter, promotion letter, transfer letter, warning letter etc.
  • HR compliances: Preparing & Executing all the compliance & procedures along with implementation and also check the compliance and take corrective action if required. Prepare a salary letter of all employees for verification of salary through bank for HR compliance.
  • Coordinate with Vendors & suppliers.
  • Vendor Management, manage office inventory, supplies and placed purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Prepare all the database sheet & filling for all Vehicle details, Project insurance details, Property insurance details, stationery record & others.
  • Prepare details of all credit cards and submit in accounts department for payment every month.
  • Supervising security (CCTV & Camera recorder/Fire security).
  • Administering the housekeeping & pantry activities (Assign person their duties & rectify complaints regarding housekeeping & pantry services & equipment's and take corrective action, vender management, track timely renovation of AMCs.
  • Hotel booking/reservation in flights and train etc.
  • Verified all types of bills related to transportation, hotels, travel, petrol etc
  • Doing payments of different types of Utility bills & vendors bills.
  • Office routine work including maintenance and keep up of document and related files capable of handle customer queries, maintenance and compiling reports, records and coordinate office activities.
