• Enabling Top executives across Globe to learn successfully in the Data Science & Business Analytics program offered by University of Texas at Austin & Great Learning
• Leading a team of Program Managers to ensure seamless program operations & delivery to over 350+ Global mid/top level executive learners on a monthly basis
• Successfully ensured that the program completion rate is maintained at 95% with deferral rate at 10% considering diverse international geography
• Achieved 3.4(out of 4) End Program Feedback for 3 cohorts of an average size of 100+ learners
• Enabled 80% learners in each cohort without any prior programming experience to successfully complete and make career transition to Data science domain from diverse backgrounds like Medical, Oil & Gas, finance industry etc

• Managing the Shiksha Ask & Answer Community (largest online education Q&A platform in India) by connecting users with the right set of domain experts and helping them in making informed career decisions.
• Responsible for Acquiring, Engaging, and retaining experts across all domains and encouraging them to contribute towards making Shiksha.com a One Stop Solution for all career-related advice.
• Managing Shiksha Top clients and ensuring a minimum of 70% client renewals by constantly providing high-quality leads through the QnA platform.
• Increased Shiksha user base by 30% by generating HQ responses through experts and maintaining 9+ rating in the user feedback section.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly engagement targets for Answer rates, percentage of active experts, answers/expert, MOM retention, etc.
• Handling 45% of the overall traffic on the platform with over 10000 questions/month.
• Managing 200+ domain experts, ranging from retired wing commanders, working professionals to deans/visiting faculties of premier institutes across India.
• Designed Tag Architecture for Shiksha Ask & Answer App, mobile website to increase search efficiency and user activity. Also, worked on an Auto Answering project to provide an automated answer to leaner queries through the Shiksha information database
