CEX is based on client server architecture, where client makes request to server using RMI and server sends response using JMS. CEX client is an Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP) based application that uses these services to perform configuration and management tasks. Topologies involved are LTE , WCDMA, GSM, CLUSTERS , AREAS, EXTERNAL PLMN R.P.S. (Radio Access Network Power Save) is application to make profiles of cells and activate them based on requirement to optimize the power utilization.
