• Partner with senior leaders to drive and deliver on performance management reporting and analytics through high quality MI and stakeholder engagement for the region.
• Preparing Weekly, Monthly / Quarterly reports and Executive Financial Packages for Board of Director’s key presentation.
• Provide in depth financial trend analysis and communicate key profitability drivers and metrics to show financial results and its targets.
• Managing Segment / Product / Regional reporting and performance management.
• Analyzing Revenue, Balance Sheet, NIM, Margin, RoTE, RoRWA and RWA items to gain understanding of product mix and profit drivers impacting bottom line of growth.
• Performance reporting using Tableau dashboards with quick filters, parameters and sets to handle views more efficiently.
• Preparation of Relationship Manager Scorecard for bonus calculation.
• Ensuring that an effective system of operational controls is in place and is working intended.
• Involved in Corporate Plan, Budget and Forecast (Revenue and Balance Sheet) process using Hyperion Essbase system.
• Monitoring standards of customer service provided by function consistently meet or exceed requirements set under the SLA agreed with the stakeholders.
• Liaising with stakeholders on the periodic review and discussion related to performance and quality measures.

• Analysing the expenses of current year to identify the project cost.
• Preparing Common Area Maintenance analysis for each project.
• Analysing profitability of recovery system and preparing report for each project to initiate client discussion.
• Doing Trend Analysis for each project to identify the profitable mode of recovery system.
• Ensure SLA is met for all the activities agreed to deliver.
• Preparing SOPs to document the steps of each activity and ensure it is duly authorised by the client.
• Involvement in transitioning new processes / projects.

General Ledger

• Preparation and submission of Group return as per Group policies on quarterly basis.
• Consolidating the Financial Package during quarter end and prepare the presentation with necessary explanation on the movements under each head.
• Scrutinizing the unusual variance while doing month on month analysis.
• Participating in the Quarterly review meeting with Controllers.
• Submitting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports to stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly reconciliation for Balance Sheet Accounts and closing the open items as per time lines agreed in Service Level Agreement.
• Submitting the Inter Group Pre Clearance report on Global tool during quarter end and coordinating with Intercompany counterpart to close the variance.
• Analysing difference heads of cost and its trend for any abnormality.
• Segregation of expenses based on Cost Allocation Key.

Fixed Assets

• Supporting CAPEX budget by providing reports on various sections of Fixed Assets.
• Prepare and review CAPEX reports and Month-end Fixed Assets tasks.
• Provide and review asset information for Quarterly Group Reporting.
• Providing budget and actual spent report for each marketing sector.
• Prepare and review statistics for Assets Under Construction and analyse progress and follow up long outstanding items.
• Perform and monitor Asset Capitalization, Asset Retirement and Asset Transfer.
• Review and approve fixed assets additions and disposals to ensure it is properly authorized.
• Participated in SAP implementation project for Fixed Assets.

• Month End Closing Activities – review of profit centre accounting, monitoring batch processing and reporting into client’s common database (Hyperion).
• Interacting and resolving with the business units for any clarification regarding mismatches.
• Processing the requests like Acquisition, Transfer and Retirement of Fixed Assets.
• Setting up GL Code, Cost Centre, Profit Centre in SAP according to business requirement.
• Reconciliation – Inter Company, Fixed Assets and Accruals accounts.
• Posting the Journal entries and responsible for complete Intercompany Payables and Receivables.
• Conducting monthly metrics meeting for the team and updating the Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) regularly.
