- Detailed engineering activities of control panels & Electrical accessories like motors, Heaters, Junction boxes etc.
- Detailed engineering of various switchgear panels, starter cum control panels, operator panels and Machine Monitoring System.
- Preparation of Terminals Block diagrams & Interconnection diagrams, PLC requirement, Control philosophy, Instrument index sheet, Instrument hook up, Cable Schedule, Cable interface diagrams, logic diagram, cause& effect, I/O list.
- Cable & various cabling accessories, cable tray routing, Instrument tube & Fittings, Instrument Structural steel BOM & its scheduling, Designing of Instrument Mounting stand, JB stand etc.
