• Maintained 14-18 guest rooms per shift to 4/5-star brand standards, including bed making, linen changes, and full bathroom sanitization.
• Adhered to brand SOPs and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling, color-coded cleaning systems, and key control.
• Processed lost & found items per hotel SOP, ensuring accurate tagging, logging & secure storage.
• Identified and reported maintenance issues such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical faults to engineering for prompt resolution.
• Responded to guest requests for extra towels, toiletries, and amenities within 15-20 minutes, improving guest satisfaction scores.
