Drive revenue generation by meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets through personal counseling, calls, emails, and other communications
Lead Generation & Marketing:
Organize and conduct Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, such as seminars at schools, community events, and townships
Facilitate school visits, networking with principals, coordinators, and school administrators to promote offerings and attract admissions
Counseling & Admission Processing:
Counsel prospective students and parents empathetically and patiently, presenting course solutions tailored to their needs and closing admission conversions
Administrative & Compliance Duties:
Update and manage student/lead information in the system; ensure timely follow-ups.
Help collect outstanding fees from parents within specified timelines (SSAO-specific)
Manage onboarding steps: documentation, orientation, and resolving student/parent concerns for a seamless experience
Collaborations:
Liaise with local tuition teachers and community educators to explore additional admission opportunities
Coordinate internally with branch academic & non-academic teams, the Regional Student Support Centre, and Sales & Operations teams to streamline processes .
