· Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software

· Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems

· Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

· Modification of drawings with necessary changes

· Review and QA/QC project deliverables.

· The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, Educational, industrial and health care related projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Preparing plans and estimation of different projects like residential and commercial projects.

· Checking quality of drawings and getting approval from clients.

· Coordinated with client’s vendors and outside contractors.

· Execution of site work at client’s site and at plant according to specifications.

· Maintained daily and weekly work records and reported to the higher officials.

· Interact with Client Management and Implementation Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization

· Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

· To provide best quality of Design & drawings to clients.

· Planning of irrigation projects.

· Validating the survey data brought from the field.

· Using the data taken from the field as input to the Auto CADD and generating contours,Longitudinal section, Cross sections of the alignments, like canal, road, bund etc.

· Preparing estimation of bridges, Canals etc.,

· Quality checking of drawings, and getting approval from clients.

· Visiting the site to check the quality and specifications of the work.

Successfully Completed Projects:

· Hemavathy right bank canal (91 Km) under Hemavathy project in Hassan District.

· Hemavathy high level canal (96Km) under Hemavathy project in Hassan District.

· Branch canals under Hangud division.

· Done area analysis for MDR & SH Roads.
