Organizational Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:
Ø Involved in Organizational Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Developing Job Descriptions & KRAs of every position - in line with the overall business objectives.
Ø Handling the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing through Web portals/ Referrals/ Mass Mailing/ Databases initial technical screening, setting up interview date and panel.

Ø Ensuring smooth joining and orientation formalities of new employees. Compiling of materials, important company information and relevant information suitable for the orientation and induction program to facilitate the assimilation of new employees.

Ø Taking care of employee separation with Exit-Interview & proper Full Final settlement.
Ø Issuing Reliving Letters, Service Certificates.
Ø PF Claims in Forms like; 19, 10C, 10D, 20, 31 &13 etc.
Contract Labour Management:
· Supervision of statutory returns with all contractors and ensure the timely submitting the all returns by contractors.
· Advice contractors on the matters of disciplinary action, as and when required.
· Supervision of manpower as per schedule and monitor on bond of contract employment.
· Responsible for the PPE adherence of the contract labour.
· Resolving the issues like ESI, PF of contract labour.
Training & Development:
· Designing the induction programme and conducting the same for new joiner's for all levels.
· Identifying training needs & preparation of annual training calendar.
· Co-ordinate with the resources for organizing internal & external training programmers.
· Obtain training feedback assessment from employees.
· Evaluate the employees after imparting the training & reorganize the training, if required.
Ø Ensuring timely creation & completion of performance documents on Oracle HCM.
Ø Coordination with Dept.’s Head’s in appraising the Employee’s performance.
Ø Implementing HOD Recommendation for promotion, increments etc.

Ø Co-ordinate with contractors for contract Labour, supervising their work, checking their attendance regularly,checking their statutory records,supervising their Wages distribution.

Ø Ensuring prompt resolution of grievances related to expat, timely renewal of VISA, Residential Permit & Other requisites legal & statutory agreements.
