Organizational Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:


Ø Involved in Organizational Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Developing Job Descriptions & KRAs of every position - in line with the overall business objectives.

Ø Handling the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing through Web portals/ Referrals/ Mass Mailing/ Databases initial technical screening, setting up interview date and panel.

ØScreening candidates, Salary Negotiation, Reference & Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Check.

ØReleasing LOI, Appointment Letter.Releaving Letter ETC........

Ø Ensuring smooth joining and orientation formalities of new employees. Compiling of materials, important company information and relevant information suitable for the orientation and induction program to facilitate the assimilation of new employees.

Ø Ensuring timely completion of all requisite pre-joining & joining documents in line with the company's & legal/statutory compliances/policies.


Payroll Administration & Statutory Compliance:


ØPreparing final attendance details & Cross verification.

Ø Updating Leave card of the employees

Ø Cross verification of Comp off with concerned departments.

Ø Part of Pay roll administration & Calculation of monthly salary

Ø Maintenance of records under all the relevant applicable Labour Laws like ESIC, PF, PT. Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly returns.

Ø Coordinating for PF Inspection ,ESI Inspection ,and PT Assessment with the respective Offices.

Ø Record employee information, such as Probation, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.

Ø Coordinating for Customer & External Certifying Body Inspections/Audits.

Ø Coordinating for renewal of Registration Certificate, Labour License etc. and ensures timely submission of half yearly and yearly returns.

Ø Ensure forms and patterns to be available for use.

Ø Taking care of employee separation with Exit-Interview & proper Full Final settlement.

Ø Issuing Reliving Letters, Service Certificates.

Ø PF Claims in Forms like; 19, 10C, 10D, 20, 31 &13 etc.


Contract Labor Management & Union Operator Management


Ø Responsible for the handling the Union Operators Grievance and concerns Like to process their personal loans and other benefits which they can avail.

Ø Process their wages and insurances deductions Etc...

Ø Supervision of statutory returns with all contractors and ensure the timely submitting the all returns by contractors.

Ø Advice contractors on the matters of disciplinary action, as and when required.

Ø Supervision of manpower as per schedule and monitor on bond of contract employment.

Ø Responsible for the PPE adherence of the contract labor.

Ø Resolving the issues like ESI, PF of contract labor.


Training & Development:


Ø Designing the induction programme and conducting the same for new joiner's for all levels.

Ø Identifying training needs & preparation of annual training calendar.

Ø Co-ordinate with the resources for organizing internal & external training programmers.

Ø Obtain training feedback assessment from employees.

Ø Evaluate the employees after imparting the training & reorganize the training, if required.


Organizational Development: (Performance Review & Learning Management)


Ø Ensuring timely creation & completion of performance documents on Oracle HCM.

Ø Coordination with Dept.'s Head's in appraising the Employee's performance.

Ø Implementing HOD Recommendation for promotion, increments etc.

Ø Identification of training needs in coordination with Dept.'s Head's.

Ø Part of Co-ordination & Preparation of Annual Training Calendar.

Ø Part of Planning & coordinating for all internal & external training programmes.

Ø Coordination of external and internal training programme based on nominations received.

Ø Measuring effectiveness of training programme and maintaining person wise training register.

Employee Welfare & Grievance:


Ø Coordinating with banks for opening of new bank accounts as well as providing helpdesk to all employees.

Ø Helping to utilize Medi claim as well as ESI facilities effectively: Hospitalization, settlement of claims etc.

Ø Handling all queries related to employee benefits like employee referral, ESI, PF, Leave encashment etc.

Ø Regular observation on employees to identify their problems.

Ø Employee Grievances/concerns and queries, redress and counseling at the all possible levels.


General Administration:

Ø Contractors identification negotiation assessment and finalization of the Contractors related to Security, Casual Manpower supply, Transport, Canteen, Gardening,

Ø Handling Contract Labour and prepare the documents as per the Labor act etc…..

Ø Handling clients Compliance as per their requirements.

Ø Ensuring the smooth working of security, housekeeping, transport and canteen services.

Ø Contract Labour attendance, PF, Personal Accident, Safety, Payment Distribution, according to rules and records are maintained properly.

Ø Issuing notices, memos etc., i.e. taking disciplinary actions against employees against their misconducts.

Ø Co-ordinate with contractors for contract Labour, supervising their work, checking their attendance regularly, checking their statutory records, supervising their Wages distribution.

Ø Company Vehicle, Guest House maintenance.

Ø Ensuring prompt resolution of grievances related to expat, timely renewal of VISA, Residential Permit & Other requisites legal & statutory agreements.

Ø Flight, Hotel, Car arrangements for business travelers
