• Conducted pre-feed studies for CO2 and LNG liquefaction projects using Aspen Hysys, PRO-II and took part in process optimization of the liquefaction cycle establishment.
• Worked on preliminary line sizing, 2 phase Separator sizing, control valve sizing and concerned datasheets preparation for LNG project based on GPSA standards, reviewed P&IDs and PFDs. .
• Worked on Design and Rating of Shell & Tube heat exchanger using Aspen EDR.
• Worked on safety valve sizing and troubleshooting using MATHCAD and MS excel based on CGA S-1.3, ISO-21013-1 and GPSA standards for LNG, H2 and CO2.
• Got acquainted with fundamentals of Cryogenic engineering.

• Worked on Projects having Low Pressure Storage Tanks Safety Design with different Overpressure Scenarios, designed Conservation vents (Breather vents and Emergency vents) along with Nitrogen blanketing systems design (line sizing and control valve sizing) and open vent systems for manufacturing sites in US and Europe per API Standards (i.e. API 2000) and NFPA Standards (i.e. NFPA 15/ 30).
• Worked on High Pressure Vessels like heat exchangers, Pumps, Scrubber Columns with different Overpressure Scenarios (i.e. flash calculations, tube rupture, pump dead head and various events) where I have designed relief system ( PSV, Rupture Disk and combinations) per API Standards ( API 520/ 521), NFPA Standards (i.e. NFPA 15/ 30).
• Working on different projects in US and European sites with team collecting, analyzing and interpreting detailed operations data to troubleshoot process safety issues and optimize relief design recommendations.
• Got acquainted with reading P&IDs, Pump Curves, Vessel Drawings, Interlock narratives, PHA reports and assessing different overpressure scenarios.

• Continuous monitoring and supervision of Soda Recovery Process involving spent cooking chemicals recovery post cooking process from digesters alongside waste heat recovery.
• Subsidizing variations in process parameters by troubleshooting issues encountered on sight, optimizing process parameters to acquire stability, increasing yield of process thereby decreasing manufacturing cost of chemicals produced without compromising on quality, ensuring safety of workforce.
• Soda Recovery department having five major sub sections mainly Evaporator Section, Recovery Boiler, Causticizing plant, Rotary Lime Kiln, Producer Gas Plant having complex unit operations and unit processes involved where one must apply core chemical engineering fundamentals to run plant with minimal downtime.

• Involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning and vertical start-up of Soda Recovery unit brown field project and retrofitting projects in existing plant.
