Description: I used banana starch to replace cellulose in paper and anthocyanin from red cabbage to replace flavin as coloring agent. I incorporated the Waste management in Micro field to enhance the efficiency of organic matters. Usage of clove oil instead of synthetic antimicrobial, banana starch instead of cellulose and anthocyanin from red cabbage instead of flavin can greatly reduce the rate of contamination and reduce the period of deterioration. This can be used in Food and Dairy industry where perishable goods are used.

Analyzing and Examining the Properties of Diosgenin Conjugated Zinc Oxide Nano particles compared with an Untreated Group using various Assays.

Properties: Anti-inflammation, Antioxidant, Antibacterial and Antifungal

• Anti-inflammation: To identify the anti-inflammation property in Diosgenin conjugated Zinc Oxide we undergo and perform Lipoxygenase inhibition assay with 3 test groups namely Control, Diclofenac and novel drug Diosgenin ZnONPs.
• Antioxidant: To identify the antioxidant property in Diosgenin conjugated Zinc Oxide we undergo and perform DPPH assay and ABTS assay with 3 test groups namely Control, L-Ascorbic Acid and novel drug Diosgenin ZnONPs.
• Antibacterial: To identify the antibacterial property in Diosgenin conjugated zinc Oxide we undergo and perform Zone of Inhibition with 2 Bacterial groups namely Escherichia coli for Gram Positive group and Sreptococcus for Gram Negative Group with Nutrient agar medium and plate pouring method against Ampicillin control drug.
• Antifungal: To identify the antifungal property in Diosgenin conjugated zinc Oxide we undergo and perform Zone of Inhibition with 2 fungal groups namely Black Aspergillus niger and White Aspergillus niger with Potato dextrose agar medium and plate spreading technique against Fluconazole control drug.
