Description: I used banana starch to replace cellulose in paper and anthocyanin from red cabbage to replace flavin as coloring agent. I incorporated the Waste management in Micro field to enhance the efficiency of organic matters. Usage of clove oil instead of synthetic antimicrobial, banana starch instead of cellulose and anthocyanin from red cabbage instead of flavin can greatly reduce the rate of contamination and reduce the period of deterioration. This can be used in Food and Dairy industry where perishable goods are used.
