Implemented Operational improvements in BFSI Competency team, Created an optimized process for BFSI vertical deliverables. Owns Stakeholder engagements for dashboard creation, Project Budgeting, Invoice tracking, Financial tracking & analysis. Worked with senior vertical leadership for financials, pipeline and invoicing.

• Liable for conducting BFSI revenue analysis weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually for all NBD, EBD businesses and key accounts.
• Part of Target setting team for BFSI and analyzing the target achievement for different IBUs and Sub Verticals.
• Handled internal project creation for competency team, complete project support in invoicing, billing, allocations and tracking.
• Led a team of 5 and handled two projects simultaneously increasing the employee utilization by 50%.
• Preparation of relevant reports, dashboards for timely reviews with IBU head and Sub vertical leaders.
• Worked with SMEs to build decks for analyst briefings, Prepare inputs for Analyst queries in order to push the positioning of BFSI practice among the analyst community.
• Part of the strategy team, involved in creating BFSI strategies at a sub-vertical level, providing updates for Board reviews and other meetings with the leaders.

As a Power BI/Tableau Analyst:

• Analyzed the CRM Pipeline, Revenue and built data models, Presented Data Visualization Dashboards using Power BI
• Built an effective, visually compelling dashboard for Target and Revenue tracking across various Business units, Sub verticals, Subsidiaries in BFSI
• Published dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau as per the Business needs
