Involved in Handling a team of 24 Recruiters which provides sales solutions and manpower to some of the reputed clients like Adani Cement , Amity University, GPay , PhonePe , Freecharge ,Paytm , Zoom Car , Unacademy ,TVS , Zepto , ICICI Bank and many more.
Involved in the Full Recruiting Lifecycle, from qualifying the opening, preparing Job Descriptions, sourcing candidates (through direct and passive means including phone/email/referral/internet posting searches), Scheduling interviews, Stakeholder management/feedback, salary negotiations, counter offers negotiations, closing the candidate, generating offer letters, employee referrals and retention.
Involved in the areas of Sourcing through different job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, social media etc. Promoted as a SPOC for Amazon, Wipro, Shyam Steel, Teleperformance, American Express .Screening the profiles and shortlisting them according to the skill sets of the candidates then assigning tests, Conducting Interviews and maintaining profiles for the selected candidates according to the client's requirements.
