As a Subject Matter Expert - Talent Acquisition (HR) my job responsibilities and KRA's are as follows-

  • Collaborated with stake holders and HR team to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and confirm the TAT for hiring that aligns with business goals .
  • Designing and refining of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Implemented best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize talent acquisition workflows and enhance candidate quality and experience.
  • Identified innovative sourcing channels and methods to attract top talent, particularly in niche or hard-to-fill positions for Senior level hiring.
  • Partnered with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the hiring needs and ensure the right talent is recruited within the given TAT.
  • Posting jobs in different portals and Creating JDs for different job roles and share it with the team .
  • Creating offer letters in ATS named Crystal and share with the candidates and explain them the offer breakup.
  • Initiating BGV for the upcoming joiners once they accept the offer letter with the vendor.
  • Prepare compensation approvals after negotiating with the candidates and share with the stakeholders for approvals.
  • Booking accommodation for outstation candidates.
  • Lead complex interviews and assessments, leveraging my expertise to evaluate candidates' suitability for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensured that the company's value proposition is effectively communicated to potential candidates.
