• Facilitate One bank collaboration via SGC/RSA referral deals submitted by APAC, Global Markets and Investment banking businesses
• Conducting Due Diligence on collaboration deals in strict adherence to the guidelines

• Conduct analysis and prepare value adding MIS reports and dashboard with key insights / trends and advisory to assist business in decision making.

• Strengthening P&L for Asset Lifecycle management business through sales thereby meeting clients everyday
• Determining value of asset in secondary market by vendor meetings
• Billing and negotiation of repairs and recovery
• Handling disputed client cases with the empaneled lawyers.
• Collections and improving debtors

• Prepare and present daily, monthly and ad hoc reporting to senior management
• Prepare and publish weekly reports of Transactional & Net sales revenues
• Automate Finance dashboard as per changing policies
• Host monthly mgmt. meetings to present mom variances & P&l trends with accurate commentaries
• Implementing tactical and strategic solutions for Business reporting
• Save FTEs by constant reengineering & automation
• Work with cross functional teams to effect changes in RM KPI
• Maintain Global book manager with changing business structures due to business re-orgs

• Setting up a Center of Excellence in India to support PB Americas.
• SME for Revenue Booking and Client billing for DMP, SMA portfolios and AI products
• Migrated the client billing process covering a 2 FTE effort from New York to Mumbai
• Account set ups and inception billing
• Responsible for end to end revenue management of 200+ off platform Hedge funds.
• Collaborating with downstream teams to ensure correct revenue booking by mapping and stringent reconciliation processes
• Training sessions for Front office Americas on fee structures

• Handling transfer agency & Investor Services function of Fund administration.
• Trade processing and documentation (Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches).
• Resolving complex investor and auditor queries in liaison with Fund accounting, valuations and other relevant teams.
• Monthly distribution to all investors for their NAV statements and other disclosures.
• Ensuring complete AML & KYC checks for trades with money movements.
• Working with the Prime broker to move subscription monies for trading.
• Working with Fund accounting on crystallization of fees and series roll up and explaining the same to investor and funds.
• Advance intimation to fund managers on liquidity maintenance for redemptions.
• Thorough and strict due diligence over documentations for every single trade.

• Funds transfer process into Asset and Wealth Management (wire transfers & ACH payments)
