• Preparation of Final Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account as per Schedule Revised VI to The Companies Act, 1956
• Preparation of Tax Audit Report with related Annexure
• Ensure timely submission of I.T Return of Company, Firms and payment of Statutory Liabilities
• Collect and Analysis of Branch Accounting Data
• Collect and Verify the Monthly TDS Statement, Timely Issue of TDS Certificate to Client
• Ensure timely payments to the Suppliers/ Contractors
• Filing of Forms of MCA i.e., Financial Statement -AOC-4, Annual Return- MGT-7
• Maintenance of Individual Accounts, Preparation of statement showing income, Computation & filing of ITR
• Consolidated and validated data for Monthly/ Quarterly results to improve accuracy of information with detailed supporting analysis
• Execute Month end closing procedures and posting
• Co-ordinate with auditors in Preparation of Monthly/Yearly end audit
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement & cash Book Maintain
