The project encompasses a 360-degree transformation of the company website, introduction of new product offerings, establishment of a dynamic blog page, integration of client testimonials, robust Search Engine Optimization (SEO) implementation, activation of a YouTube channel, and creation of compelling video demos showcasing vending machine functionality.


SAP Software Implementation for Enhanced Data Management - Championing the integration of a robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system into Instant Retail India Limited operations to effectively manage the influx of digital machine data and streamline processes. This initiative stemmed from the need to accommodate increasing digitalization and manage extensive data flows associated with the machinery. Drawing upon my prior experience with SAP, I initiated discussions with two SAP partners to explore the suitability of SAP ECC and SAP Business One. These discussions led to the scheduling of demo presentations for both solutions.


CRM Portal Development for Enhanced Consumer Insights - Instrumental in conceptualizing and spearheading the development of a cutting-edge CRM portal, seamlessly integrated with the company's new generation of digital vending machines. The core objective of this initiative is to harness data derived from these machines to gain deep insights into consumer purchase behavior. As part of this transformation, a strategic shift will be implemented by converting existing offline machines into online digital interfaces, each seamlessly connected to the newly developed CRM portal.
