Role and Responsibilities:

• Create locating and fixing features, close volume, maintain the gap, and flush with environmental parts.
• Creating close volume from the styling surface, resolving parts fixation issues, analyzing for proper tooling considering the manufacturing process, and creating the parting line, slider, and lifter direction.
• Involved in team meetings, receiving data from the TL, and understanding the scope of work.

Project: EV 2-Wheeler (Upper Tail Light Cover and Seat Under Cover)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Receive 'A' surface from the customer, and perform all the 'A' surface analysis, like join analysis, draft analysis for graining purposes, gap and flush analysis, etc.
• Creating a close volume of the respective parts.
• Conducted benchmarking of various vehicles, including Bajaj Chetak, Ather, and Ola.
• Defined the fixing strategy for the upper tail light cover and seat under cover.
• Analyzed components for production and assembly viability.
• Developed parting line and undercut area for component.
