1) Future Scholar Day 2 project – This enhancement provides streamlined processing of transactions related to Future Scholar for processes such as Loans Processing, Redemption, NLG and Shortfall, Lapsation, Reinstatement,Claims and Maturities. This enhancement will cover enhancement in Lifelines and Total Maturity System (Maturities). Testing strategy used in this project is SIT & UAT (with regression) with the help of SDLC resting approach.
2) ILS Projects – The purpose of these small enhancements are to identify the evaluation of different activities performed in SIT and UAT to ensure successful code implementation and thus delivering high quality product in production environment basis of the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) document.
3) Project Halley - This project includes transactional tables & figures which needs to be transferred successfully from database to lifelines.
4) Project Swift - To ensure that the project will be able to address communication pain points identified in the customer journeys, enhancements of existing communications (SMS, E-Mail) and creation of new communications (SMS, E-Mail) were done.
Roles & Responsibilities carried out while working in Philam Life Projects:
(1) Analyze requirements and decompose them into high-level scenarios post discussion with stakeholders during RCA walkthrough.
(2) Preparation of test scenarios, test plan and test cases for functional and regression testing.
(3) Setting up test environment and creation of test data to execute test cases.
(4) Involved in system integration testing, user acceptance testing as well as regression testing.
(5) Raising defect through Bugzilla and supporting development team with defect resolution and defect retesting within provided timeline.
(6) Setting up checkpoint meeting with clients, stakeholders and team members for project updates, catch-up plan and issue resolution.
(7) Actively sending DSR(Daily Status Report) to clients, stakeholders, team members and management.
(8) Endorsing TSR(Test Summary Report) along with test artifacts to clients and stakeholders for their final sign-off after test closure.
(9) Presentation of POT(Proof of Test) results to the stakeholders, clients and development team.
(10) Preparation of process documents for knowledge transfer to new resources.
