- Worked in Loan dept for 36 months & Retail banking operations for 9 years and 10 months.
- Handling Loan procedure & formalities till disbursement which includes Loan scrutiny, sanction, disbursement & after disbursement procedure of Loan & Advances such as - Personal, Housing, Mortgage, Vehicle, Gold, Loan against FD, LIC etc.
- Performing daily banking operations by working into Deposit, Advances, Clearing Dept, Cash Dept, Back-office department which included following job responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficiency in saving, current, fixed deposit, recurring deposit account opening process and adherence to the KYC norms and customer profiling.
