1. Legacy Apps modernization and migration from on-Prem to Microsoft Azure Cloud.

2. App Stabilization and VIT Remediation Project – To upgrade Weblogic server upgrade from 7x, 8x,10x to latest WL 12.2.1.4 version across the platform of approx. 500 Application within 2.5-month delivery timeline.

3. Remediation of cloud top rated past due critical / ineligible and non-critical Vulnerabilities across WebLogic servers. (~1010). Server consolidation and retirement from specific Datacenter/location to strategic DCs owned by Client.

4. Existing Applications enhancements and functionalities customization on Client’s demand

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To identify and eliminate any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
• Ensured that all Scrum Ceremonies are effectively organized, conducted, and remain focused on their objectives.
