• Utilized Pandas DataFrames to clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets containing sensitive information, ensuring strict data privacy and compliance with internal policies.

• Nexthink tool: The Nexthink platform collects rich data from the end user. For example, it collects events, such as high CPU consumption, application crashes and network responses, which are useful to understand possible issues on a device.
• Completed one project with the help of self training.
• Simultaneously working for Infrastructure Automation using Python with above automation projects.
• Automation task carried out: Read Csv file, Start service, Disk space cleanup, Uninstalling unused applications, Modify Csv file, Sending personalized email to several people.

• Visited Hungary GDC in the month October 2018 to share the best practices of ticket routing which we follow in India GDC which helped them to reduce their misroute count and backlog.
• Visited Hungary GDC for NGAD migration training started in February 2019 till June 2019.
• Was the part of NGAD Core Team and the first point of contact for the migration related issues during the NGAD migration.
• Taking care of escalations, managing the floor in the absence of Team Lead.
