  • Trainings and Development: - on monthly basis I have to conduct some trainings according to the companies/employees and audit requirement, I have to prepare the documents for all the trainings and committees
  • Administration: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, manage travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Reports and MIR: - Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, MIR relates with the monthly data from production too all departments
  • Internal Complaint Committee (ICC):- I am a member and the reporting person for the sexual harassment committee for the company , I have to provide the trainings and aware about this to every employee.
