• Set up pilot batch of Secure Messaging process - I set up pilot batch of the Secure Messaging process while working with NatWest Bank PLC which was a new way of connecting with service users via Mobile Banking app.
• Set up a completely new Webchat/SM site - I moved to Chennai in 2018 to set up a completely new Webchat/SM site, have been SME for the Pilot webchat batch, right after the batch got the chance to train a Webchat batch resulting in a promotion as a Deputy Team Lead and was handling a team of 16.
• Weekly audits and supporting manager - Conduct weekly audits, daily huddles, review meetings using Zoom/MS Teams, extended support for any staff member's inquiries.
