• Answer ACD calls and email support related to technical issues of the users ranging from local desktop to applications and AV requirements.
• Respond to emails and SRS requests for audio & video conference bookings.
• Act as conference operator for high profile calls and events.
• First line trouble shooting if problems are reported – using diagnostic techniques.
• Translate user requirements to system for event execution.
• Resolve booking issues and ensure latest information is made available for event setup.
• Remote setup and tear down of Audio-Visual events as per the user requirements.
• Supporting the client in the use of AV Systems.
• Supporting Video Conferencing calls.
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of event's.
• Co-ordinate preventative maintenance to AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot AV / Event related issues during set up or during the actual call, as and whenit arises.
• Onsite support for high profile VC events.
• Escalation when problems persist.

• Using vision algorithm, analyzing data and providing real time solution.

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.

• Creating Annotations for developing AI accuracy.

• Performing data collection tasks related to an Amazon device, application, or service.

• Executing tasks assigned on a daily basis by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs) and predefined guidelines.

• Reporting issues with tools and software to the development team when necessary.
