The Assessor Property Assessment System (APAS) project is a Sales force application aimed at replacing the existing legacy property assessment system (EZ Access) with a modern solution that transforms the business processes of ACRE. APAS project will modernize the tools, improve workflows, and streamline internal & external interfaces to the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder-Elections (ACRE) systems in order to meet the needs of ACRE constituent’s and stakeholders to maintain the statutory and constitutional obligations.
Onboard Assist Program is built on the Pega CLM Framework for Onboarding Large and Complex Customers. It is a Digital Transformation Program in which the Onboarding of the customers can be processed as Single Entity or along with subsidiaries as a Package. Onboard Assist Application Captures the Basic Customer Information, Enriches the information for Performing Due Diligence and Cycle completes with Fulfillment stage.

InsideCNA and Profiles (called InsideCNA moving forward) is one of the 4 projects in ECM program. InsideCNA is the redesign and replatform of the existing Intranet which is currently running on Vignette platform. InsideCNA is the intranet which provides all employees a one-stop source of information about the happenings within the organization.
