Magenta Welcome is an iOS application used in T-Mobile retail stores for customer onboarding, order creation, and submission. It supports multiple customer types including Prospect, Base, and Existing customers, enabling order flows such as BYOD, BYOS, BOPIS, and BOWIS.

Responsibilities:

• Led a QA automation team, managing task allocation, onboarding, and daily deliverables.Designed and executed end-to-end test scenarios for various customer types and order flows.
• Utilized Gen AI tools (Github Copilot) to optimize test data generation, create reusable code snippets, and accelerate test script authoring.
• Experimented with AI-based test analytics to identify flaky tests and prioritize regression cases.Developed and maintained UI automation scripts using Selenium, enhancing regression coverage and reducing manual testing efforts.
