• Part Programming and process planning in Machine Shop. . Responsible for supply chain activity for consumables of Machine shop. Responsible for job Planning and Production in machining of Heavy fabricated equipment, Project work ,crusher equipment, coal mining equipment and Paper Machinery items. Review Daily Work Management in concern department. Set up approval of job and cycle time monitoring. Check Quality of all jobs after Machining according to their Drawing. Rejection analysis and try to necessary steps to solve the problems. Adherence to PPE, SOP & PROCESS. Station wise fixation of manpower. Daily rotation of PDCA. Maintain 5S, Kaizen and Safety Compliance on the shop floor.
