Performing Quality non-confirmer's (QN) for Bombardier and Swordfish Aero engines ,High Pressure Compressor(HPC), Integrated Blade Rotor (IBR).Studying the SAP text from onsite know the type of defect (Dimensional or Visual).Incorporating the dimensional defect on to the part using by NX CAD and ANSYS APDL(Modifying Mesh). Full mission run will conduct for the entire system by different boundary condition (Run Packages) the get the results file. Stress Concentration (KT) or Stress Magnitude (ST Mag) will be calculated by comparing the certified location between nominal and defect model. LCF lifing is done by ARLS Method if ST Mag is more than 0.5% and Fracture lifing done by SURC Life (PW Life Tool) if ST Mag is more than 1.00%. Recommendation is done of particular IBR by based on life of LCF and Fracture life having for respective Engine in Certification.
