Roles and Responsibilities:
* Advertising Account Auditor: Serve as the primary point of review and analysis for advertising accounts, ensuring all activities are compliant with established financial and operational policies.
* Financial Compliance Analyst: Be responsible for the close examination and detailed analysis of payment details and account financial history to proactively identify discrepancies, fraud, or non-adherence to financial regulations.
* Account Health and Risk Manager: Conduct regular, in-depth account health assessments to evaluate the overall standing and risk profile of advertising accounts within the ecosystem.
Key Functions and Gatekeeping Duties
* Gatekeeping and Access Control: Execute a crucial gatekeeping function by making authoritative decisions on the status of non-compliant accounts, preventing harmful or policy-violating activity from continuing.
* Suspension and Deactivation Authority: Hold the responsibility to determine and execute account suspensions for severe or persistent non-compliance issues.
* Account Release and Reactivation: Authorize the release and resumption of activity for previously suspended accounts once all non-compliance issues have been resolved and verified.
* Ecosystem Integrity: Directly contribute to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and compliant advertising ecosystem through rigorous auditing and decisive action.
Reporting & Analytics: Hands-on experience developing insightful OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher reports to support HR data-driven decision-making
Data Integration & Loading: Skilled in bulk data loading and object maintenance using HCM Data Loader (HDL) for efficient and accurate system updates
SQL & Data Retrieval: Proficient in writing SQL queries to efficiently extract and analyze core employee data and information directly from the HRIS application
