The DISAMATIC C5 is an automated green sand molding machine designed for foundries. Specifically targeted the Chinese market. The new chamber concept features a single casting with two different chamber sizes. It integrates multiple features to minimize machining time, thereby reducing costs. The casting and machined chamber is designed with minimal machined surfaces to decrease machining time.

It operates at high speed and is typically employed in conjunction with an automatic production line to manufacture sand molds for casting., Upgrading the current DISA 240/250 machine's chamber for easy manufacturability and assembly. Updating Mechanical engineering packages to Catia V5 for future maintainability. Implemented Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) approach for various components to optimize the design, enabling easier manufacturing, assembly, & serviceability.

PMA includes completing & maintaining existing products, developing improvement kits and customizations, Creating alternative solutions for discontinued items, Gathering tasks from Project Managers in Denmark. Creating job descriptions. Assigning tasks to the team in DTPL India. Reviewing completed tasks and seeking approval from Project Managers in Denmark. Preparing ECO and updating documentation for communication to relevant parties
