4. Commissioning of up to 130 KLPD ENA Plants, Alfa Laval make decanter up to 20 m3 , TG sets up to 6.85 MW, High Pressure Boiler up to 60 TPH, WTP(Ion Exchange), Cooling Tower(Paharpur), Grain Handling Plant(Lark), Milling Section, Liquefaction, Fermentation, Distillation, Evaporation, Decanters etc.

5. Maintenance of Gear Boxes, Pumps, Agitators, Dryers, Jet cooker, Cooling Towers, Bucket elevators, Screw conveyors and Air compressors etc.

6. Exposure of back pressure TG sets and Condensing cum extraction TG sets.

7. Maintain the ZLD of plant through proper maintenance planning of RODM and CPU plants.

8. Planned Maintenance of Grain Milling section to ensure zero production loss on daily basis.

9. Handling all activities related to Dryers maintenance and operation.

10. Direct experience with large power systems modifications including the addition of protective relaying, STG generation, diesel generation, medium voltage switchgear, medium voltage, high voltage and low voltage substations.

11. Ensure the estimated cost is optimized by providing accurate project layouts and bills of material takeoffs with constructability and operability needs.

12. Maintenance activities of STG, DG, High Pressure Boiler, ETP, Fermentation, Distillation, Dryers, Decanters and RO-DM etc. for smooth operation of plant.

13. Working knowledge of ABB, Micom & Beckwith electric etc. electrical protections equipments.

14. O&M of 11KV/66KV/33KV Switch yard, HT SF6 Circuit Breakers & its safety systems.

15. Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of HT/LT Transformer with on load Tape changer (OLTC) up to 10MVA, Diesel – generator set up to 3000 KVA Make- CUMMINS, PCC Panel, MCC panel, Power factor improvement system, Bleed cum condensing TG set up to 10 MW Make- Triveni, Back Pressure TG set up to 3 MW, High Pressure Boiler up to 48 ton @ 60Kg/Cm2 Make-IGT, Variable frequency AC drives up to 490 KVA Make-ABB/YASKAWA/SIEMENS & Induction motors up to 300 HP & etc.

16. Implementation of energy saving techniques in process plant & Boilers.

17. Maintain & develop the Standard operating procedures based on physical controls of plant.

18. Completion of projects within budgeted money and stipulated time frame.

19. Complying the all procedures related to SHE, GMP and ISO as per company protocols.

20. Maint. of ESP fields & Micro tapper panels, Controller panel & TR sets.

21. Installation & commissioning of MGM flow meters, I2P convertors, PRDS, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters & power cylinders etc.

22. Handling of PLC, SCADA system for Boiler, Turbine & Process operations.

23. Follow the all permit systems related to Height Work, Electrical Work, Confine Space, Excavation Work & Hot work as per standard procedures of EHS.

24. Transferring the on-line data of Multi-parameter analyzer and dust on CPCB and HSPCB as per mandatory guidelines.

25. Installation and commissioning of Centralized monitoring system of M/S Forbes Marshall for regular monitoring of steam flow, water flow and electricity.

26. Annual Budget preparation, implementation of 5s, TPM & Kaizens etc.

27. Monitored each department to ensure the adherence to ISO 22000:2005.

28. Filed updated and maintained all paperwork related to ISO Management & OHSAS 180001:2007.

29. Execute multiple simultaneous inherent risk assessments and identify areas of the enterprise with greater risk and level of risk mitigation in place.

30. Development and execution of OPEX, CAPEX, MTTR, MTBF and CAPA for smooth operation of plant.
