Optimization of existing processes / creating new processes
Ensure completion of scheduled activities on time
Ensure compliance to Safety Policy, compliance against the checklist of EHS, Ensure compliance to Statutory compliance
Techno-commercial advancement- Exploring, Testing & implementation of new & improved technology to improve performance of plant & optimize the O&M cost & work
Ensure smooth transfer of project from Projects team to O&M (issues to be raised at the time of transfer itself)
Supporting the cross functional team in any other activity
Electrical equipment calibration and testing
Technical Skills & Expertise:
Good understanding of electrical troubleshooting, Data analysing
Team and vendor handling
Good understanding PPA and contract agreements
Forecasting and Scheduling
Short term power trading
Project Management and budgeting
