• Quality assurance Knowledge & Works: Raw materials test, In process materials & Final product test.
• Raw Materials test: Paper (paper 4 ply, Kraft, maplitho, art paper, FBB, SBS, Glassine, label etc.), Aluminum Foil (Bare Blister foil, Bare Pharma strip foil), Solvent (ethyl acetate, MEK, MIBK, Acetone etc.), Raw material of Ink, HSL etc.
• In process convert materials test: Many types paper for offset & flexo printing and Plain Blister foil (HSL Coated), Plain Pharma Strip poly coated or poly laminated, Printed Blister or Pharma strip, Alu CR Foil Paper CR Foil Flexible Product.
• Online inspection of PVDC Acrylic, silicon, ALox, Digital film, Label face films, DG Coated films. It involves various testing like visual inspection, surface tension, Haze, Glos, Mechanical properties, heat Seal strength Release force, Rubbing, Shrinkage, Opacity etc., and makes a report of the testing.
• Final Product: All convert product final test and prepare report & entry in SAP ERP.
• QA Department: Documentation, Complaint handle, Manpower handle, Team work.
• Production assurance Knowledge & Works for Pharma & Blister Printing Packaging: Job Planning & Job card Prepare as per job order, Checking Raw materials availability, Manpower Handling General Shift work, Mail & update the daily data, Maintaining proper records for tracking, Preparation & maintenance the records as change events, Production issue in ERP.
