- Warrington – I had visited UK in June 2012 to understand the level of working, QA & QC and to implement in India office
- Was successful in implementing the QA & QC bits and was appreciated on various projects and have been highly patented and was used for many other jobs
- Formed a library which includes various information for both BIM & engineers
- Oman (Muscat) – I had visited Muscat in Oct 2014 to help one of the jobs on Civil 3D

- My role was to make sure the deliveries are in time and quality
- Coordinating with all engineering discipline leads and resolve any resource and project delivery constraints
- Discuss and resolve all clashes and deliver a clash free model
- Managing MIDP and attending all project related meetings with key stakeholders and LPOs (Hongkong team)
- Sizewell C Enabling Works –, Sizewell C is one of the prestigious projects
- I was leading the BIM team for all the disciplines like, Transportation, Water, Power etc.,
- I have received excellent feedback on Timeline and Delivery
- The project was for 3 Phase and there were about more than 1000 DWG/Models to be submitted
- We have successfully completed the enabling works and now we are waiting for Detailed Design
- The proposed nuclear power station would be located immediately to the north of the existing Sizewell B power station and would comprise two units with an electrical output of approximately 1,670 megawatts (MW) per unit, giving a total site capacity of approximately 3,340MW
- Once operational, Sizewell C would be able to generate enough electricity to supply approximately six million (or about 20%) of Britain’s homes.

- All the leads were located in UK and the designing was done there
- I was directly interacting with them and understand the resource requirement and the delivery program
- I managed the BIM team for the whole project and made sure the quality of delivery and timelines are aligned with the program.

- This was the first scheme which we received just to do a 2D Inlet works and we produced the output in 3D to create an opportunity for BIM 3D
- We produced the drawings along with a model which led pavement to win more than £50K works to the team and till date we have delivered upto £1.5M worth job to E2O
- I was responsible to review the models and drawings delivered for this scheme
- Have worked on many Eight2O schemes and have successfully delivered
- I was leading the CAD/BIM team working on Eight2O schemes
- Was responsible to deliver quality output and maintain and mentor the BIM staffs on standards
- We have produced the BIM level 2 3D model and with collaboration with Property team we have produced the construction sequence of Cirensister for the Asset Management
- All projects/schemes under Eight2O has been worked under BIM environment
- We had a E2O Client Director Stan Doyle who visited GDC and we had showcased the projects and the models produced for various water industries, we also received appreciation for the level of BIM understanding we had in GDC
- All the schemes which we have delivered for E2O are multidisciplinary which we have collaborated with MEPICA, Structures and Suppliers information

- preparation of Site layouts, long sections and also few GA drawings for break pressure tank for a stretch of 19 KM pipeline along with a team of 5 members., Engineering, planning, and operating site activities in close collaboration with the consultants.
