- Manage & Own design of telecom expense management tool (Order Management, Billing, Financial, Inventory modules) in 3rd party SaaS platforms, ServiceNow platform.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors (Accenture, brightfin, Calero MDSL, Tangoe) for the TEM tool development, deployment and overseeing the operations team activities with Service Owner.
- Translate complex requirements into simplified user stories for new development, integrations & improvements.
- Develop business strategies with the Service Owner to manage costs of IT services.
- Functioned as Product manager during integration of ServiceNow platform with the Payment, travel systems.
- Functioned as Project and transition manager during migration to new vendor tool by conducting RfI, RfQ and RfP with Procurement teams.
