We deal with Spare parts Inventory and post Journal entries related to STD Revaluation, Reserves, Scrap Reclass, Legal only margin Consumption, PPV, Material Rework, and Warranty related adjustments during month end close.
We prepare monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet Inventory related accounts in order to have the right financials & following with BU to get the escalatables cleared with in the timeline.
Performing Balance Sheet review for Quarter over Quarter & Year over Year and identify the reason for flux and submitting the data for BU to have a deeper insights & will provide the aging of Materials which are aged as per AFM & taking corresponding action accordingly.
Actively involved and successfully implemented new Revenue Accounting and reporting standards as per US GAAP 606 for AMS operations.
Monitoring open orders for Trade & Consignment inventory flow between Channel partner and Final customers between US & LAR entities and clear the open orders accordingly.
Performing Reconciliations for Account Receivables, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, Deferred revenue based on the request from BU.
Following up with Channel partner to have the update on the Consigned inventory held by channel partner for fulfilling customers in return of defective parts which are in warranty and post accruals accordingly.
Actively performing reconciliation for Accounts receivable to get the payments from customers on defective sell back and negotiate with the customers to get the right price for defectives.
Actively involved in implementing S4 Hana to operations team and have good hold on posting the entries in S4 & reporting tools.
Involved in few acquisitions such as CRAY Aruba and successfully transferred inventory to HPE books.
Have good Knowledge in handling S4 & Microsoft Excel.
Got many awards for exceptional performance during Month end close & during Year end close activities.
