Business Partner- South East Asia, Korea, and Oceania
• Provide leadership to partner with GM to manage P&L in terms of growth & margin & operating expenses management. (Revenue of $100m).
• Lead and own working capital & DSO for South East Asia, Oceania, Korea and work with stakeholders on working capital opportunities.
• Develop and manage corporate budget and ensure spend within budget limits. Review monthly budget and forecast submissions on timely basis as per calendar.
• Collate monthly / quarterly core value drivers from operating companies and summarize results for India operations with key take-away.
• Prepare decks for operations reviews / council meetings / board meetings in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present Dashboard to Sales Leadership with targeted KPI's in terms of TCV, Gross Margin, In-Year Revenue Achievements and Sales Commissions
• Deal Approval in CRM (Salesforce.com) by reviewing TCV and Gross Margin in line with Pursuit Approval Board.
• Review MSA, SOW, Purchase Orders and Pricing documents for assigned Contract/Project.

• • Preparation of product profitability report.
  • Review of product price due to indexation every month.
  • Accountable for $100 million revenue of Colt's Data Centre European business.
  • Controlling the overall forecast & budget process including creating the framework, supporting the forecast community (business units) & consolidating the forecast.
  • End to end revenue reporting with drill through facility to have visibility at lowest (customer/order) level.
  • Providing end to end revenue insight to the business units/senior management thereby forming strong basis for accurate forecasting.
  • Reviewing actuals and liasoning with accounting teams to ensure correct accounting.
  Initiating month end finance discussion and explaining reasons for any deviations in expected numbers to Controller.

• Accountable for $33 million fixed cost tracking of 4P&L’s.
• Involved in annual operating plan process(budget process).
• Closing of books every month/qtr,forecasting the operating expenses every month.
• FTE/head count and t&l expenses reporting to drive the efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Prepared, consolidated and reviewed the cost centre wise budget as per the timelines & periodical review and control of budget line items.

• Revenue tracking of the oracle license projects for CIS legal entities.
• Prepared the month on month operating expenses report for the finance director review.
• Budgeting and forecasting of the license projects using Oracle Sales Intelligence tool.
• Prepared financial report using Core-Hyperion software.
• Prepared the variance analysis of the consulting projects year on year and Qtr on Qtr.
• Conducting report validation with different tools of Oracle like ODS, Fusion CRM etc.

• Project Controller - SAP Projects (Mfg Clients)
• Auditing and Reconciliation of project expenses and hours by using SAP Business Explorer.
• Comprehensive review of the statement of work documents signed by Deloitte and its US clients.
• Creation of work based structure project codes and allocating the resource in the Deloitte Professional Services application.
• Generated timely financial and production volume forecast.
