  • Working as a functional consultant with UI5 team and MySQL database for one of the lead management process in THD project I am responsible for managing the new developments on CRM, CRM Hybris (interfaces) and SAP S4/HANA.
  • Regular discussions with Client to understand pain area on business process and create Jira stories to fill the gap in business process.
  • Documentation of business process new requirements and implementing the changes.
  • Managing confluence for business requirements, create jira stories and deploy the changes.
  • Work with developer and get the stories completed on time.
  • Ensure UAT is driven with Customer key stakeholders and get the sign off.
  • Post implementation Bug fixes and triage them to closure.
  • Below are the key areas I have worked on the current project.
  • SAP CRM & Sales order management: SAP CRM Loyalty Management helps in supporting business processes in the area of loyalty management, from planning of loyalty programs, through management of memberships and loyalty points, and processing of member activities to self-service integration via SAP Hybris.
  • It also incorporates CRM Web client which enables the call center functionality pertaining to Loyalty Management.
  • SAP SFi Lead Order management: This helps in supporting Lead & SFI order management process which one of the THD specific business process.
  • Generating Leads for Service provider, updating Contract and Waiver form during SFI Order processing, payment processing in THD Payment cockpit, Goods issue & Good receipt process, Revenue recognition & invoicing the customer orders.
  • SAP ABAP: ABAP language was used by developers to develop the SAP R/3 platform.
  • It is used by SAP customers to enhance SAP applications-customers can develop custom reports and interfaces with ABAP programming.
  • Apart from ABAP, knowledge in CRM specific areas such as BOL programming, and WebUI customization is required.
  • SAP - Hybris Integration: Hybris is a solution for Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Service and Billing in industry supporting open standards and multi-channel touch points.
  • In SAP CRM - Hybris integration, hybris acts as the front end with the login feature and CRM serves as the backend with service calls between the systems enabling the operations.
