• Started working as ICU Director from may 2017.
• Being a remote place,my intention was to improve the standards of critical care.
• A 1000 bedded medical college with 100 ICU beds with speciality ICU`s for all departments
• Developed SOP`s for all ICU`s and trained nurses for improving the standards.
• Started Emergency ambulance services and trained EMT`s.
• Started BLS training from 2017 till date and conducted training programmes in remote areas of the place.
• Managed COVID pandemic effectively.
• Trained 6 batches of anesthesia post graduates for critical care,perioperative medicine.
• Developed High risk Obstetrics training programme.
• Simulation training for postgraduates with APOLLO CAE Simulator

1.Worked in Apollo hospitals from 2012 till 2016 as registrar in anesthesiology department and critical care department with sincerity.

2.Apollo hospitals is a JCI accredited multi specialty quaternary care hospital.

3.Completed my Indian diploma in intensive care medicine(ISCCM) in 2014.(Apollo hospitals)

4.Completed my Fellow in national board,critical care medicine 2014-2016 (Apollo hospitals)
