This is a Tier 0 enterprise application catering to Mortgage division side of users community and helping them keep a tab on real estate transactions (Refinance) and helping them close orders effectively meeting meeting customer centric SLA's.

• Coordinated with all resources from Dev, QA & BSA in order to streamline project deliverables.
• Have been mentoring the team adopting Agile practices in order to improve the throughput
• 4w to 2w iteration model in order to achieve clearer/shorter delivery cycles
• Emphasized on calling outliers in order to effectively handle slippages
• Advocated 'Shift Left' mind set to improve on outcomes and reduced wastages.
• TFS to GIT migration to practice single branch code promotion model
• Implemented reliable/effective security practices

eStatus -

This is another FA premium web application built on latest MS technologies (Dot.Net Core, Angular UI) in order to cater to ever demanding customer community. This is an external customer facing application mainly designed to cater to Homebuilders Services division of FA.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Understood customer pain points by regularly interacting with them
• Ensured to get application response time baselined for critical screens/features
• Negotiated with PO and set backlog priority to match critical customer needs
• Ensured team members are trained on critical technical skills so that they fulfill needs.
• Focused on common release cadence in order to avoid missed delivery timelines
• Shared regular status updates with stakeholders
• Emphasized on Quality Mind set and Shift Left mind set to improve on end results
• Ensured team moved from TFS to GIT
• Ensured team followed Secure Engineering practices
• Cloud migration strategy presented and executed effectively (AWS)

Secure Portal -

In order to safe guard customer transactions and sensitive (NPI) information involved between customer and FA enterprise applications, there has been a stringent ask and as a result Secure Portal application has been built using a middleware platform which handles secure messaging effectively. Also, as this portal is built with cutting edge technologies, users were ensured on advanced UI/UX features.

• Involved in complete product life cycle and ensured to have solid timelines defined
• Ensured to provide clear project timelines and milestones to delivery team
• Advocated thorough practice of Agile process by the team in order to achieve better results
• Trained and mentored lead resources on Agile Process
• Emphasized/implemented automation within the iteration (no spill over)
• Followed the iteration velocity trend regularly and took measures to improve the same
• Ensured optimum resource/capacity utilization
• Presented daily/weekly/monthly project progress statuses to stakeholders

myFirstAm -

myFirstAm web application was the first of its kind app hosted by FA on both desktop as well as on mobile in order to cater to increasing customer base from varied platforms (mobile and desktop) and this application was a complete solution to fulfill American real estate user's needs. It had property listing, search features, Map, 3D image etc provided using latest web app technologies (Asp.Net, MVC, React JS, Web API, SQL etc...).

• Played the role of coordinator between onsite/offshore teams.
