Role and Responsibilities:

• Making code changes in WGS claims system as per business needs to process the claims as per contracts.
• Make enhancements to the system to improve system performance
• Manage and lead POD's and to be responsible for the deliverables to meet quality and deadlines.
• To code and implement state or federal mandates and successfully deploy the changes within the mandate timelines.

Project Name - WGS Claims January 2021 to August 2023

Project Title: ITSRE and WGS Claims

Client: ANTHEM Inc.

Duration: January 2021 – August 2023

Description: ITSRE is a reverse engineering project which needs documenting all the cobol module in WGS Claims systems to help in migrate the modules to a Java Language and help Java developers to understand the cobol code and coding business requirements in WGS claims application.

Role and Responsibilities:

• To Analyze the impacted code in the required modules for the migrating project and document the rules and logic precisely.
• Handle business calls and present the documents and discuss for any clarifications and impediments.
• Connet with migration team developers to help with migrating the cobol code to Java.
• To work on coding and enhancements to the existing WGS claims system as per business needs .

Project Name - John Deere Tier 2 Support Book 1 Legacy Dec 2016 to Dec 2017

Project Title: Distribution Management

Client: John Deere

Duration: December 2016 – December 2017

Description: Distribution Management deal with logistics and distribution of warehouse and PDC(parts delivery centre) for John Deere a reputed automobile manufacturer. Distribution Management ensure in maintaining sophisticated PDC’s and ensuring timely delivery of warehouse parts.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handling online transactions and online batch
• Finding out the bugs in the existing code and providing the solution by changing the code & testing it end-to-end.
• Instruction warehouse workers of any incorrect procedure resulting in transaction errors.
• Working on the analysis of reoccurring batch abends and to bring about permanent resolution.
• Documenting the RCA for critical issues
• Onsite Interaction and client demo.

Project Title: WGS Check write and NMS Accounting

Client: ANTHEM Inc.

Duration: January 2018 – January 2021

Description: Checkwrite system interfaces with WGS claims system, generates the EOBs, RAs, and checks for finalized claims particularly claims from Western regions. Checkwrite system post backs the checks and RA key data to claim history to support customer inquiries. It is also responsible for interfaces to General Ledger (GL) and other related systems such as 1099, bank recon and WellPoint Actuarial Reporting Process (WARP).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Finding out the bugs in the existing code and providing the solution by changing the code & testing it end-to-end.
• Handling Production and Non production batches and resolving batch abends to ensure completion of daily batch
• Triaging and providing resolutions to the user requests regarding the ‘Check not found’ issues through Jira.
• Working on the analysis of reoccurring batch abends and to bring about permanent resolution.
